Reading Botox prices in Scottsdale

Brands: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify

All five are botulinum toxin type A products approved for glabellar lines. Botox and Xeomin are usually quoted per unit at similar dosing; Jeuveau is dosed like Botox; Dysport uses its own smaller unit (about 2.5–3 per Botox unit); Daxxify is often sold per unit at a lower sticker price but dosed at roughly 2 units per Botox unit for the glabella. Always compare on a Botox-equivalent basis.

Per-unit vs per-area pricing

Some clinics quote a flat price per area (for example, forehead $300). Divide by the units they plan to inject to get the real per-unit price. On this page bundles are shown as total ÷ units, with the original bundle noted.

Who is injecting

We list each price with the injector's credential as recorded by the Arizona Medical Board, Board of Nursing or Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants, plus the clinic's supervision structure where it is public. This describes legal scope, not skill. Ask any clinic who the supervising provider is and whether a good-faith exam is on file.

Specials and memberships

New-patient, member and Groupon prices are labelled. They are real prices, but usually one-time or conditional — the standard price is what you pay on the second visit.

Frequently asked questions

How many units of Botox do I need for my forehead or frown lines?
Most clinics quote 10–30 units for the forehead and about 20 units for the glabella (frown lines), but the number depends on muscle strength and the look you want. Ask the injector for a unit estimate before treatment so a per-unit price becomes a real total.
How do Dysport units compare to Botox units?
Dysport is dosed differently: clinics commonly use about 2.5–3 Dysport units where they would use 1 Botox unit. On this page every Dysport price is multiplied by 2.5 (and Daxxify by 2) to show a Botox-equivalent $/unit, and the original price is shown alongside it.
Is a cheaper per-unit price a red flag?
Not by itself — high-volume nurse-led med spas often list lower per-unit prices. What matters more is whether the product is genuine (ask to see the vial), whether it is diluted according to the label, and who is legally responsible for your care. If a price looks far below every other listing, ask those questions.
What do MD, NP, PA and RN mean for injections in Arizona?
They describe legal scope of practice, not skill. In Arizona a nurse practitioner (NP) can practice independently; a physician assistant (PA) works under physician supervision; a registered nurse (RN) injects under delegation and a written order from an MD, DO or NP, and needs a good-faith exam on file. We show the credential recorded by the state board on the date noted and never rank injectors by quality.
Do Allē or ASPIRE rewards stack with clinic specials?
Usually yes for the manufacturer's own points, but each clinic sets its own rules for combining points with new-patient or member prices. Prices on this page are the listed price before any loyalty points.
